ПРАВИЛА ПРОВЕДЕННЯ ТА ПРАВИЛА УЧАСТІ В АЗАРТНИХ ІГРАХ КАЗИНО В МЕРЕЖІ ІНТЕРНЕТ

Зазначені Правила проведення азартних ігор казино в мережі Інтернет (надалі – «Правила проведення») визначають загальний порядок і умови проведення азартних ігор казино в мережі Інтернет, містять правила участі в тих видах азартних ігор, що організовуються і проводяться організатором азартних ігор – ТОВ «СПЕЙСИКС» (надалі – «Компанія») та є невід’ємною частиною Правил організатора азартних ігор.

Значення, наведені в цих Правилах проведення великими літерами вживаються в розумінні та тлумаченні, наведених в Правилах організатора азартних іграх (надалі – Правила), що розміщені на Веб-сайті Компанії.

1. ПОРЯДОК ПРОВЕДЕННЯ АЗАРТНИХ ІГОР

1. Будь-які положення та умови, що врегульовані та встановлені Правилами, а також чинним законодавством України поширюються на ці Правила проведення та застосовуються до кожних Правил участі в азартній грі.

2. У разі відсутності однозначного трактування термінів або визначень у будь-якій частині цих Правил, Сторони мають керуватися трактуванням або визначенням термінів, які використовуються в Правилах.

3. Відповідно до цих Правил та норм законодавства, Гравцями в будь-яку Азартну гру на Веб-сайті не можуть бути:

1) недієздатні та обмежено дієздатні особи;

2) особи, які не досягли 21 року;

3) особи, які відповідно до законодавства мають відповідні обмеження;

4) особи, які перебувають в стані алкогольного чи наркотичного сп’яніння;

5) особи, які не пройшли процедуру ідентифікації (верифікації, встановлення даних) на Веб-сайті;

6) особи, які визнані Компанією небажаними;

7) особи, внесені до Реєстру осіб, яким обмежено доступ до гральних закладів та (або) участь в азартних іграх;

8) інші особи, яким заборонено брати участь в азартних іграх казино в мережі Інтернет відповідно до Закону.

3.1. Якщо Гравець, незважаючи на встановлену цими Правилами та/або нормами законодавства заборону, взяв участь в азартній грі, такий договір про участь в азартній грі, укладений між Компанією та таким Гравцем, є нікчемним, а клієнтський рахунок такого гравця підлягає блокуванню. При цьому, ставки такого Гравця підлягають поверненню Компанії, а виграш, в разі якщо такий мав місце під час гри цього Гравця на Веб-сайті анулюється та підлягає поверненню Компанії.

Якщо особа хоче подати скаргу, що стосується Веб-сайту (його роботи, неприпустимої поведінки інших осіб, порушення правил участі в азартних іграх тощо), вона повинна, в обґрунтовано короткий термін, звернутися до служби підтримки з приводу своєї скарги. Скарга може подаватися як в письмовій формі за адресою реєстрації Компанії 04112, м. Київ, вул. Сікорського Ігоря авіаконструктора, будинок 8, офіс 5, так і в електронній формі за наступною адресою електронної пошти support@cosmolot.ua. Скарга може складатися особою в довільній формі, але з обов'язковим зазначенням дати, ПІБ особи та засобів зворотного зв'язку. Компанія розглядає скарги та надає відповіді на них в строк не пізніше 30 календарних днів з дати отримання скарги.
Зазначеними Правилами встановлюються правила участі в азартних іграх виду:

5.1. Слоти (Гральні автомати)

5.2. Рулетка

5.3. Баккара

5.4. Блекджек

Правила участі в кожній азартній грі наведені, крім цих Правил, також безпосередньо за посиланням в кожній азартній грі окремо. В разі наявності розбіжностей між Правил проведення та Правилами участі, наведених в розділі меню інтерфейсу Азартної гри, останні мають превалюючу силу. Умови, які не визначені даними Правилами, визначаються відповідними правилами, які розміщені в конкретній Азартній грі на Веб-сайті.
Компанія не має безпосереднього доступу до Азартних ігор та не може впливати на результати Азартних ігор. У разі виникнення збою або несправності в будь-якій Азартній грі на Веб-сайті, всі поточні результати ігрового сеансу, а також виплати анулюються провайдером гри.

ПРАВИЛА УЧАСТІ В АЗАРТНІЙ ГРІ «СЛОТИ» («ГРАЛЬНІ АВТОМАТИ»)

ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ ПОНЯТЬ

Слот – це гра, де Гравець натисканням кнопки обертає барабани з різними символами. Гравець виграє, якщо тотожні символи на барабанах вишикуються в один горизонтальний ряд в Лінії виплат.

Лінія виплат – це лінія Символів на барабанах, по якій формуються виграшні комбінації.

Символ – зображення предмета або персонажа, яке обертається вертикально. Класичними символами вважаються фрукти, ягоди, дзвони і сімки, книжки. Головна мета Гравця – щоб після обертання символи утворили певний порядок (відповідно до таблиці виплат).

Барабан – це група Символів, які обертаються вертикально по одній осі.

Таблиця (стіл) виплат — це віконце в азартній грі, де оприлюднено перелік можливих виграшів в слоті, важлива інформація по азартній грі та її особливостям. Ця таблиця відображає виграш по кожній комбінації, по тих чи інших лініях тощо. Також тут міститься інформація по бонусним раундам (якщо вони присутні в грі).

Кнопки — це механізми, за допомогою яких Гравець контролює свою гру на автоматі. Кнопка «Старт» чи «Обертання» запускає рух барабанів, а кнопки «Ставка», «Мінімальна ставка» та «Максимальная ставка» регулюють суму, яку Гравець ставить на одне обертання барабанів. Існує також кнопка «Авто обертання» — вона дозволяє слоту обертати барабани за заданою ставкою без участі Гравця.

2. ПОРЯДОК УЧАСТІ В АЗАРТНІЙ ГРІ

2.1. Опис ігрового процесу Азартної гри.

2.1.1. Гравець робить ставку на те, що символи на барабанах вишикуються в один горизонтальний ряд успішно.

2.1.2. Якщо символи вишикуються в один цілісний горизонтальний ряд – Гравець забирає виграш згідно з таблицею виплат слота. Якщо символи не вишикуються в один цільний горизонтальний ряд – ставка залишається оплатою за участь в грі.

2.2. У деяких типах Азартних слот-ігор в залежності від кількості ліній виплат (якщо це визначено в самій Азартній грі), Лінія виплат не тільки горизонтальна, але і вертикальна, діагональна, звивиста.

2.3. Різний порядок Символів приносить різні виграші. Подробиці стосовно таблиці виграшів в Азартній грі знаходиться безпосередньо в Азартній грі.

Наступні лінії виплат можуть бути використані Гравцем під час гри у слоти:

Класична лінія — горизонтальний ряд символів, який читається зліва направо.

Виплата в обидві сторони — горизонтальний ряд символів, який читається як зліва направо, так і справа наліво. Такі азартні ігри називаються симетричними.

Символи «Wild»:

Символ «Wild» («дикий символ») — додатковий символ, що за своєї появи замінює на барабані інші символи для того, аби гравцеві було простіше виграти. «Wild» має декілька варіацій:

Широкий «Wild» — символ, що закриває собою цілий барабан та перетворює його на суцільний ряд з символів «Wild»;

Рухомий «Wild» — символ, що за кілька обертів рухається по барабанах з одного краю гри до іншого, поки не вийде за її межі;

Фіксований «Wild» — символ, що залишається на своєму місці протягом декількох обертань барабанів;

Додаткові можливості:

Деякі символи в слоті дають Гравцеві доступ до різних видів бонусів.

Види бонусів:

Повторне обертання барабана – дозволяє Гравцеві безкоштовно прокрутити деякі барабани ще раз. Виграшні барабани при цьому залишаються на місцях. Повторне обертання дає «дозбирати» потрібну комбінацію. У деяких слотах повторне обертання доступне в будь-який момент як платна функція. Рішення стосовно її використання виключно за Гравцем.

Множник – зазвичай працює разом з повторним обертанням. Слугує для примножування виграшу Гравця. Є слоти, в яких множник збільшується стільки разів, скільки разів поспіль гравець виграв під час повторного обертання. Вся інформація про множник в слоті представлена у таблиці виплат.

Безкоштовне обертання – дозволяє Гравцеві прокрутити всі барабани, не роблячи ставки на гроші, і при цьому забрати виграш.

Випадковий «Wild» – функція, що дозволяє символу «Wild» з'явити ся на барабанах в будь-який момент гри.

Гра на ризик (Раунд удачі) – раунд, в якому Гравець може ризикнути своїм виграшем, щоб помножити його. У деяких слотах гра на ризик пропонує вгадати карту, в інших — вгадати час доби, колір поля тощо.

Каскадні символи – при виграшних комбінаціях переможні символи зникають. На місце, що звільнилося, каскадом «падають» символи зверху. Ця можливість дозволяє отримати кілька виграшів поспіль за один оберт.

Додаткова інформація:

Волатильність – показник співвідношення розміру виграшів і їх частоти в слоті. Низька волатильність означає, що в грі часто випадають невеликі виграші. Висока волатильність каже, що частота перемог в слоті нижча, проте його призи набагато більші. Вигравати часто, але потроху, або ж рідко, але багато — обирати Вам.

Частота перемог – інший спосіб вимірювання волатильності. Наприклад, якщо частота перемог в слоті становить 20%, то на 10 обертань 2 обертання виявляються переможними. Мається на увазі, що чим нижча частота перемог, то більші середні виплати слота.

RTP слота (Відсоток повернення або рівень віддачі) – відсоток коштів, які гра виплачує гравцям у випадковому порядку від їх загальної вкладеної суми в цю гру. В середньому, RTP слотів коливається між 90 і 99%.

ПОРЯДОК ТА СТРОКИ ВНЕСЕННЯ СТАВОК

3.1. Гравець здійснює ставки з Рахунку з метою участі в Азартній грі з вірогідністю виграшу або програшу. Шанси на виграш можуть бути вказані в меню кожної Азартної гри на Веб-сайті.

3.2. Для внесення ставки Гравець обирає бажаний та дозволений Азартною грою розмір ставки, після чого активує механізм гри.

3.3. Здійснення ставок можливе лише до початку раунду або активації механізму гри.

3.4. Відміна ставки під час раунду чи активованого механізму гри є неможливою.

3.5. Видозміна ставки з метою її збільшення можлива в Азартних іграх, функції котрих прямо передбачають описану опцію.

3.6. Гравець не може здійснювати ставку, розмір якої перевищує наявні грошові кошти Рахунку.

3.7. Здійснена ставка не гарантує виграш. Роблячи ставку Гравець має усвідомлювати можливість програшу його ставки.

3.8. Порушення правил ставок в Азартній грі є прямим порушенням даних Правил та призводить до відміни ставки та ймовірного виграшу. Свідоме порушення правил ставок у грі є причиною для блокування Гравця адміністраторами Веб-сайту.

3.9. Питання визначення порядку та строків внесення ставок, не визначені цими правилами, визначаються відповідними правилами, які розміщені в конкретній Азартній грі на Веб-сайті.

ПОРЯДОК ТА СТРОКИ ВИПЛАТИ (ВИДАЧІ) ВИГРАШІВ (ПРИЗІВ)

4.1. Виграшем вважається отримання Гравцем під час раунду гри такої комбінації ігрових символів, яка відповідно до опису Азартної гри є переможною. Виграшні комбінації зазначені в описі відповідної Азартної гри.

4.2. Виграш в Азартній грі автоматично зараховується після виявлення виграшної комбінації, відповідно до ігрової ситуації на Рахунок Гравця, з якого було здійснено ставку.

4.3. Розмір виграшу залежить від розміру здійсненої Гравцем ставки.

4.4. Шанси на виграш в Азартній грі можуть бути зазначені в меню (інтерфейсі) кожної гри окремо.

4.5. Питання визначення порядку та строків виплати (видачі) виграшів в азартну гру, не визначені цими правилами, визначаються відповідно до чинного законодавства України та Правил.

ПРАВА ТА ОБОВ'ЯЗКИ СТОРІН ПІД ЧАС АЗАРТНОЇ ГРИ

5.1. Гравець має право:

5.1.1. грати в Азартні ігри відповідно до даних правил участі в азартній грі, Правил проведення азартних ігор та інших Умов Організатора, розміщених на Веб-сайті;

5.1.2. знайомитися з Правилами, Правилами проведення та цими правилами;

5.1.3. отримувати виграші (призи) в порядку та строки визначені цими правилами та Правилами організатора азартних ігор.

5.1.4. обмежити свою участь в Азартних іграх шляхом встановлення особистих обмежень щодо ліміту коштів, які він/вона бажає витратити;

5.1.5. не грати в Азартні ігри у випадку незгоди зі змінами даних правил участі в азартній грі, Правил проведення, Правил та Умов;

5.1.6. отримувати виплати грошових коштів відповідно до цих правил, Правил та Умов;

5.1.7. вимагати від Компанії виправлення або видалення персональних даних Гравця або надавати Компанії заперечення проти такої обробки.

5.2. Гравець зобов’язується:

5.2.1. ознайомитись з цими правилами, Правилами та Умовами до початку участі в Азартній грі;

5.2.2. неухильно дотримуватися цих правил та вимог чинного законодавства України та не допускати їх порушення та шахрайських дій на Веб-сайті;

5.2.3. брати участь в Азартній грі відповідно до цих та інших правил та умов Компанії.

5.2.4. виконувати законні вимоги Компанії;

5.2.5. не зламувати, не намагатися зламати і/або отримати доступ, чи іншим чином обійти систему безпеки Компанії.

5.3. Компанія має право:

5.3.1. вносити зміни, редагувати, оновлювати і змінювати будь-які положення цих правил з низки причин, в тому числі комерційних та юридичних (відповідно до нових законів або нормативних актів);

5.3.2. вимагати документальне підтвердження віку Гравця на будь-якому етапі Азартної гри;

5.3.3. не допускати до участі в Азартній грі осіб, які не пройшли процедуру ідентифікації на Веб-сайті;

5.3.4. не приймати грошові кошти від третіх осіб з боку Гравця, включаючи, але не обмежуючись друзями, родичами, партнерами і/або подружжям;

5.3.5. проводити перевірку ставок, зроблених Гравцем;

5.3.6. зупиняти Азартну гру та не допускати Гравця до Азартної гри у випадку порушення цих правил, Правил проведення, Правил організатора азартних ігор та нормативно-правових актів, що регулюють проведення Азартних ігор.

5.4. Компанія зобов'язується:

5.4.1. провадити діяльність відповідно до чинного законодавства України;

5.4.2. дотримуватись Правил проведення та інших Умов, розміщених ним на Веб-сайті;

5.4.3. своєчасно та в повному обсязі здійснювати виплату виграшу відповідно до Правил проведення упродовж строку, встановленого Правилами, крім випадків, визначених діючим законодавством;

5.4.4. надавати гравцям інформацію про діяльність організацій, лікувальних закладів та (або) медичних працівників, які лікують ігрову залежність.

ПРАВИЛА УЧАСТІ В АЗАРТНІЙ ГРІ «РУЛЕТКА»

ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ ТЕРМІНІВ

Рулетка – це азартна гра, в якій основним правилом є необхідність вгадати число, яке випадає на основі комбінації чисел, кольорів або інших ознак за допомогою колеса, що обертається. Гравець може перемогти, в залежності від розміру зробленої ним ставки та встановленого на початку гри коефіцієнту обчислення суми результату гри.

ПОРЯДОК УЧАСТІ В АЗАРТНІЙ ГРІ

2.1. Рулетка складається з ігрового поля, барабана і поля з номерами від 0 до 36 різних кольорів для розстановки ставок. Гравець має необмежену кількість часу для розміщення ставок. Поки він не натисне на кнопку Spin, гра не почнеться. Під час обертання кульки на барабані Гравець робити ставки не може, тому що ставки закриваються безпосередньо після натискання на кнопку Spin.

Ставка робиться на те, де зупиниться кулька. Гравцеві також необхідно буде обрати розмір своєї ставки на раунд. Гравець робить ставку шляхом обрання фішки потрібного номіналу і перенесення її на обраний сектор. Кожне натискання миші ставить одну фішку. Гравець може поставити будь-яку кількість фішок, не перевищуючи ліміт максимальної ставки. Після цього він має натиснути на кнопку 'Spin', і кулька почне своє обертання. Якщо кулька зупиниться на секторі, на який Гравець ставив, він отримає виплату згідно з правилами.

Види ставок і коефіцієнти виплат

Правила ставок і виплат під час гри в рулетку наступні:

Ставка на номер (Straight up). Оплачується в коефіцієнті 1 до 36. Наприклад, якщо Гравець поставив 5 гривень на номер п'ять і кулька зупинилася на номері «п'ять», він отримає 180 гривень в якості виграшу.

Ставка на два номери (Split). Ставиться на дві цифри, що знаходяться в безпосередній близькості одна від одної на ігровому полі. При випадінні будь-якого з двох номерів, виплата проводиться в коефіцієнті 1 до 18. Наприклад, якщо Гравець ставить 5 гривень на спліт 2-5 і випадає номер «2», він отримає 90 гривень в якості виграшу.

Ставка на чотири номери (Corner). Ставиться на чотири цифри, що знаходяться в безпосередній близькості одна від одної на ігровому полі. При випаданні будь-якого з чотирьох номерів виплата проводиться в коефіцієнті 1 до 9.

Ставка на три номери (Street). Ставиться на три цифри, що знаходяться в одній лінії на ігровому полі. Оплачується в коефіцієнті 1 до 11.

Ставка на шість номерів (Six line). Ставиться на шість цифр, що знаходяться в двох лініях поруч. Оплачується в коефіцієнті 1 до 6.

Ставки на шанси (гра на колір, парність, величину, дюжину і колонку числа)

Для всіх ставок на шанси є одне загальне правило, яке спрацьовує при випадінні номера «0». У разі випадання номера «0» все ставки на шанси програють.

Ставки на малі шанси. До малих шансів відносять ставки на дюжини (оплачується в коефіцієнті 1 до 3) та ставки на колонки (оплачується в коефіцієнті 1 до 3).

Великі шанси. Ви можете зробити ставки на колір (червоне/чорне, оплачується в коефіцієнті 1 до 1), або на парність (парне/непарне, оплачується в коефіцієнті 1 до 1).

«Усні ставки»

Якщо Гравець надає перевагу вгадуванню частини барабана, на яку впаде кулька, зручніше робити ставки за допомогою поля для «усних ставок». Переваги цього виду ставок полягають в тому, що всі номери закриваються послідовно — так, як числа розташовані на барабанні рулетки.

Tier (мала серія 5/8). Ця зона чисел знаходиться навпроти номера «0». Є невеликою за кількістю номерів, ставки на цю серію оплачуються в коефіцієнті 1 до 3.

Orpholines (орфолайнз). Ця зона обрамляє малу серію і велику серію.

Voazanne (велика серія 0/2/3). Закриває половину барабана. У центрі зони розташований номер «0». Оплачується в залежності від номера, що випав, в середньому в коефіцієнті 1 до 1. Містить у собі зону «зеро шпіль».

Zero spiel (зеро шпіль). Серія набагато менше «вуазана» і концентрується навколо номера «0». Найсильнішим номером є номер «26», в якій ставки робляться Straight up. Серія є протилежністю малої серії і знаходиться навпроти неї.

В інтернет-рулетці на табло показані Cold (холодні) і Hot (гарячі) номери. Гарячі падають частіше холодних.

ПОРЯДОК ТА СТРОКИ ВНЕСЕННЯ СТАВОК

3.1. Гравець здійснює ставки з рахунку з метою участі в Азартній грі з вірогідністю виграшу або програшу. Шанси на виграш вказані в меню кожної Азартній гри на Веб-сайті.

3.3. Здійснення ставок можливе лише до початку раунду або активації механізму гри (натискання кнопки Spin.

3.4. Відміна ставки після натискання кнопки Spin та активування механізму гри є неможливою.

3.5. Видозміна ставки з метою її збільшення можлива в Азартних іграх, функції котрих передбачають описану опцію.

3.6. Гравець не може здійснювати ставку, розмір якої перевищує наявні грошові кошти на Рахунку.

3.8. Порушення правил ставок у грі є прямим порушенням даних Умов та призводить до анулювання ставки та ймовірного виграшу. Умисне порушення правил ставок в Азартній грі є причиною для блокування Гравця адміністраторами Веб-сайту.

ПОРЯДОК ТА СТРОКИ ВИПЛАТИ (ВИДАЧІ) ВИГРАШІВ (ПРИЗІВ)

4.2. Виграш в Азартній грі автоматично зараховується Гравцеві після випадання виграшної комбінації, відповідно до ставки та коефіцієнту виграшу на Рахунок, з якого було здійснено ставку.

4.3. Розмір виграшу залежить від розміру здійсненої Гравцем ставки відповідно до видів ставок та коефіцієнтів виграшів.

4.4. Шанси на виграш в Азартній грі можуть бути зазначені в меню (інтерфейсі) кожної гри окремо.

ПРАВА ТА ОБОВ'ЯЗКИ СТОРІН ПІД ЧАС АЗАРТНОЇ ГРИ

5.1. Гравець має право:

5.1.1. грати в Азартні ігри відповідно до даних правил участі в Азартній грі, Правил проведення азартних ігор та інших правил Організатора, розміщених на Веб-сайті;

5.1.2. знайомитися з Правилами, Правилами проведення та цими правилами;

5.1.6. отримувати виплати грошових коштів відповідно до цих Умов;

5.2. Гравець зобов’язується:

5.2.1. ознайомитись з цими правилами, Правилами та Умовами до початку участі в Азартній грі;

5.2.3. брати участь в Азартній грі відповідно до цих та інших правил та умов Компанії.

5.2.4. виконувати законні вимоги Компанії;

5.3. Компанія має право:

5.3.2. вимагати документальне підтвердження віку Гравця на будь-якому етапі Азартної гри;

5.3.3. не допускати осіб до участі в Азартній грі без проходження нею процедури ідентифікації на Веб-сайті;

5.3.5. проводити перевірку ставок, зроблених Гравцем;

5.4. Компанія зобов'язується:

5.4.1. провадити діяльність відповідно до чинного законодавства України;

5.4.2. дотримуватись Правил проведення та інших правил, розміщених ним на Веб-сайті;

5.4.4. надавати Гравцям інформацію про діяльність організацій, лікувальних закладів та (або) медичних працівників, які лікують ігрову залежність.

ПРАВИЛА УЧАСТІ В АЗАРТНІЙ ГРІ «БАККАРА»

ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ ТЕРМІНІВ

Баккара – це різновид азартної (карткової) гри, в якій Гравці мають набрати якомога більше очок, використовуючи дві чи три карти.

ПОРЯДОК УЧАСТІ В АЗАРТНІЙ ГРІ

2.1. Опис ігрового процесу Азартної гри:

В Азартній грі беруть участь дві людини: банкір (дилер) і Гравець. Гравець робить ставку в Азартній грі та обирає чи буде він грати за себе (Гравця англ. «Player»), за нічию (англ. «Tie») чи за банкіра. Вибір робиться шляхом розміщення фішок у відповідне поле. Виграє той, хто зможе набрати комбінацію карт із загальним числом очок 9 або якомога ближче до 9.

Коли ставки зроблено, банкір і Гравець отримують по дві карти. Якщо Гравець набрав менше 5 очок, йому здається ще одна карта. У свою чергу, банкіру теж здається ще одна карта за умови, що у нього на руках менше 4 очок. В іншому випадку, Гравець і банкір не отримують третю карту.

Карти з двійки по дев'ятку оцінюють за номіналом; туз «коштує» одне очко. Решта карт цінності не мають і дають 0 очок. Якщо сума очок більша за 10, з неї віднімається 10 (тобто, якщо випадуть дві дев'ятки, то сума очок буде 9 + 9 — 10 = 8).

Комбінація карт, що дає 9 очок, називається «натуральною». Якщо очок 8, то комбінація також називається «натуральною» і вважається вдалою. Якщо у Гравця на руках тільки карти, що не мають цінності (фігури або десятки, сума очок 0), то така комбінація карт називається «баккара».

2.2. Керування грою.

Кожна Азартна гра має панель управління, яка дозволяє регулювати розмір ставки. Ігри також мають кнопку «Інфо» – за нею є можливість ознайомитися з правилами Азартної гри та усіма можливими виграшними комбінаціями. Кнопка «Забрати» дозволяє перевести усі виграні кредити та завершити поточну сесію. Під час Азартної гри також можна керувати вибором карток, які гравець вирішив відкрити для здобуття виграшної комбінації.

Блекджек – це різновид азартної (карткової) гри, в якій основним завданням є набір карт на загальну суму, максимально близьку (але не більше) 21.

2.1. Основним завданням Азартної гри в блекджек є набір карт на загальну суму, максимально близьку, але не більшу за 21. 21 — це ідеальний варіант. Якщо Гравець набирає хоч на очко більше, він програє (перебір).

Сума очок Гравця повинна бути більшою, ніж у дилера казино, або ж дилер повинен перебрати (набрати більше 21). Якщо кількість очок Гравця та дилера рівні, раунд завершується нічиєю (стей). В такому разі Гравець не виграє і не програє. Перемогти набір карт на загальну суму 21 може тільки будь-яка «десятка» чи старша карта (валет - J, дама - Q, король - K) в парі з тузом. Така комбінація називається блекджек і є найстаршою в Азартній грі.

Кожна карта має свою цінність. Карти від «двійки» до «десятки» збігаються з їх номіналом. «Двійка» — це два очка, «Трійки» — три очки тощо. Карти J, Q та K оцінюються в 10 очок. Цінність туза — у номіналі: він може дорівнювати як 1, так і 11 очкам. Це залежить від ігрової ситуації. Припустимо, Гравцеві роздали «трійку» і туз. Оголошується, що у Гравця чотири або чотирнадцять очок. Якщо йому прийде «сімка», то це зупинить подальший набір і означатиме 21 очко. Однак, якщо Гравець отримає «вісімку», дилер оголосить 12 очок, а не перебір, і запропонує грати далі.

2.2. Ігровий процес:

Дилер зобов'язаний брати собі нові карти до досягнення 17 очок і більше. У разі, якщо сума очок дилера складе більше 21, усі бокси гравців виграють. У разі, якщо у Гравця більше 21 очка, бокс виходить з гри та програє ставку до початку відкриття карт дилера.

Гравцеві доступні наступні дії: взяти карту, подвоїти ставку та взяти останню карту, а також зупинити набір карт. Ставка Спліт (Split) може бути здійснена, якщо на руках Гравця опинилася перша пара карт з однаковою цінністю: 7-7 або 10-10. У цьому випадку Гравець може розділити карти, зробивши при цьому ставку, еквівалентну попередній. Після цього процес Азартної гри продовжується в звичайному режимі. 5.1.5. not to gamble in case of disagreement with the changes to these rules of participation in gambling, the Rules of Conduct, Terms and Conditions;

5.1.7. to demand from the Company to correct or to delete the Player's personal data or to provide the Company with objections to such processing.

5.2. The Player undertakes:

RULES OF PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME OF CHANCE "ROULETTE"

1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

Roulette – is a game of chance in which the basic rule is to guess a number based on a combination of digits, colors, or other signs using a spinning wheel. The player can win, depending on the size of their bet and the coefficient set at the beginning of the game to calculate the amount of the game result.

2. PROCEDURE FOR PARTICIPATION IN GAMBLING

2.1. Roulette consists of a playing field, a reel, and a field with numbers from 0 to 36 of different colors for placing bets. The player has an unlimited amount of time to place bets. The game will not start until they click on the Spin button. The Player cannot place bets while the ball is spinning on the reel, because bets are closed immediately after clicking the Spin button.

3.8. Violation of the game betting rules is a direct violation of these Terms and Conditions and leads to the voiding of the bet and potential winnings. Intentional violation of the rules of betting in a game of chance is a reason for blocking the Player by the Website administrators.

3.9. The issues of determining the procedure and terms of placing bets not specified in these rules shall be determined by the relevant rules posted in a particular game on the Website.

4. PROCEDURE AND TERMS OF PAYMENT ("PAYOUT") OF WINNINGS (PRIZES)

4.1 A winning is considered to be the receipt by the Player during the game round of such a combination of game symbols, which, according to the description of the game, is a winning combination. Winning combinations are specified in the description of the respective game of chance.

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES DURING GAMBLING

5.1. The Player has the right:
5.1.1. to play games of chance in accordance with these rules of participation in gambling, the Rules of Conduct of Gambling and the rules of the Organizer posted on the Website;
5.1.2. to read the Rules, the Rules of Conduct and these rules,
5.1.3. to receive winnings (prizes) in the manner and within the timeframe specified in these rules and the Rules of the gambling organizer.
5.1.4. to limit his/her participation in gambling by setting personal limits on the amount of money he/she wants to spend;
5.1.5. not to gamble in case of disagreement with the changes to these rules of participation in gambling, the Rules of Conduct, Terms and Conditions;
5.1.6. to receive cash payments in accordance with these Rules;
5.1.7. to demand from the Company to correct or to delete the Player's personal data or to provide the Company with objections to such processing.

5.2. The Player undertakes:
5.2.1. to read these Rules, Terms and Conditions before participating in gambling;
5.2.2. to strictly comply with these rules and requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine and to prevent their violation and fraudulent actions on the Website;
5.2.3. to participate in gambling in accordance with these Rules and other terms and conditions of the Company.
5.2.4. to fulfill the legal requirements of the Company;
5.2.5. not to hack, or to attempt to hack and/or to gain access to, or to otherwise circumvent, the Company's security system.

5.3. The Company has the right:
5.3.1. to amend, to revise, to update and ro change any provisions of these rules for a number of reasons, including commercial and legal (in accordance with new laws or regulations);
5.3.2. to demand documentary evidence of the Player's age at any stage of the Gambling;
5.3.3. not to allow persons who have not passed the identification procedure on the Website to participate in gambling;
5.3.4. not to accept money from third parties on the part of the Player, including but not limited to friends, relatives, partners and/or spouses;

RULES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE BACCARAT GAME OF CHANCE

1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

Baccarat – is a type of game of chance (card game) in which Players have to score as many points as possible using two or three cards.

Cards from two to nine are valued at face value; an ace is worth one point. Other cards have no value and are worth 0 points. If the sum of points is greater than 10, 10 is subtracted from it (i.e., if two nines are dealt, the sum of points will be 9 + 9 - 10 = 8).
A combination of cards that gives 9 points is called a "natural". If there are 8 points, then the combination is also called "natural" and is considered successful. If the Player holds only cards that have no value ( figures or tens, the sum of points is 0), then such a combination of cards is called "baccarat".

RULES OF PARTICIPATION IN THE BLACKJACK GAME OF CHANCE

1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

Blackjack is a type of game of chance (card game) in which the main task is to collect cards for a total amount as close as possible (but not more than) 21.

2. PROCEDURE FOR PARTICIPATION IN GAMBLING

2.1. The main task of a Blackjack game is to collect cards for a total amount as close as possible, but not more than 21. 21 is the ideal. If the Player scores even one point more, he/she loses (overplay).

The sum of the Player's points must be higher than the Casino dealer's, or the dealer must be outplayed (score more than 21). If the Player's and the dealer's points are equal, the round ends in a tie ("stay"). In this case, the Player neither wins nor loses. Only any "ten" or higher card (Jack - J, Queen - Q, King - K) paired with an ace can win a set of cards totaling 21. This combination is called blackjack and is the highest in the game of chance.

Each card has its own value. The cards from "two" to "ten" coincide with their face value. "Deuces are worth two points, Threes are worth three points, and so on. J, Q, and K cards are worth 10 points. The value of an ace is in face value: it can be equal to either 1 or 11 points. It depends on the game situation. For example, a Player is dealt a three of a kind and an ace. It is announced that the Player has four or fourteen points. If the Player is dealt a seven, it will stop further scoring and mean 21 points. However, if the Player receives an eight, the dealer will announce 12 points, not a hand, and offer to continue playing.

2.2. Gameplay:

The dealer is obliged to take new cards until he reaches 17 points or more. If the dealer's total points are more than 21, all player boxes win. If the Player has more than 21 points, the box leaves the game and loses the bet before the dealer's cards are opened.

The Player can take the following actions: take a card, double the bet and take the last card, as well as stop the set of cards. If the dealer and the Player declare a stop, and the Player has less points than the dealer, the Player is considered to be the loser. In case of a tie, the Player's bet neither wins nor loses. Payouts are not made and the bet is not canceled. If the Player wins, his/her bet is paid out 1 to 1. For example, if you bet 100 UAH, the winnings will also be 100 UAH. If the Player hits Blackjack (21 points from the first two cards), the payout amount is 150% of the bet. For example, if a Player bets 100 UAH, he/she will receive 100 UAH of the bet and 150 UAH of the winning money. If the dealer hits Blackjack, all of the Player's boxes lose.

2.3 Additional features:

The Player can not only keep a set of cards on the boxes, but also use additional features: split, double, surrender, insurance. Let's consider each of them.

A Split bet can be placed if the Player has the first pair of cards with the same value: 7-7 or 10-10. In this case, the Player can split the cards by placing a bet equivalent to the previous one. After that, the gambling process continues as usual. It is prohibited to place a Split bet on already split cards. If a Player has a pair of aces, the round will be played differently. Only one card can be taken for each separate box. The total amount of points received will be the final.

Double - A player can double their bet after being dealt two cards. This is usually done with a score of 9, 10 or 11. Then the dealer deals another card, and the amount received is the final amount. No more cards can be placed in this box. Players often make a double against the dealer's six on any of their cards. A double can only be made on the first two cards of a set.

Surrender is a refusal to continue the game for half of the bet value. If for some reason the Player does not want to continue the game and to take a card, he/she can surrender for half of his/her bet. The Surrender option is blocked if the dealer has opened an ace or any card worth 10 points.
