1. As a socially responsible company, the Limited Liability Company "SPACEIKS" is interested in promoting responsible and civilized attitudes towards gambling solely as one of the methods of entertainment. Therefore, it calls on players and visitors to adhere to all the rules and principles of responsible gaming outlined by the Company in these Principles.
2. Terms and definitions related to these Principles and not disclosed herein shall be applied in the meaning and in accordance with the Rules of the gambling organizer.
3. Responsible gaming is a basic principle of organizing and conducting gambling, which implies that gambling organizers take measures to prevent and to minimize the negative consequences of an individual's participation in gambling, as well as measures aimed at organizing self-restrictions and self-control for players.
4. The principles of responsible gaming are defined by:

• Law of Ukraine "On State Regulation of Activities on Organization and Conduct of Gambling" No. 768-IX dated 14.07.2020 (as amended and supplemented) (hereinafter — the Law);
• Order of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine "On Approval of the Principles of Responsible Gaming" No. 150 dated 26.08.2025.
   
• In addition, the Requirements on Combating Severe Gambling Addiction (Ludomania), approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 29.10.2025 No. 1370 and and the Order of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine “On Establishing Limits on Player Expenditure on Gambling and the Duration of Player Participation in Gambling” dated 26 December 2025 No. 207 are also applicable.

5. In order to prevent and to minimize the negative consequences of an individual's participation in gambling, as well as to organize self-control and self-restraint for players, the Company strictly adheres to the principles of responsible gambling:

1) ensures the identification and verification of the player(s) and visitor(s) in the manner prescribed by the Law;

2) does not allow persons whose participation in such games is prohibited by the Law (in particular, persons under the age of 21 to participate in gambling; persons with restricted access to gambling; and persons with gambling addiction (ludomania) according to the Register of persons with restricted access to gambling facilities and/or participation in gambling). For this purpose, the Company ensures verification of all persons registering on the Website/Mobile Application of Cosmolot, as well as periodic checks of all existing players for the presence in the Register of persons who are restricted from accessing gambling establishments and/or participating in gambling. If during the check it is established that a person is present in this register, his/her participation in gambling on the Website/Mobile Application of Cosmolot will be immediately restricted for the period specified in the Register;

3) refrains from providing players with any bonus payments, gifts and/or provision of goods (services) in any form, using other types of incentives, the provision of which is directly or indirectly conditioned by the fact of the player's loss in the relevant game of chance;

4) publishes informational materials on gambling addiction and responsible gambling that contain information on player age limits, chances of winning, principles of responsible gambling, signs of pathological and problem gambling, and activities of organizations, medical institutions and/or medical professionals that treat gambling addiction (contact information, telephone number of the support service);

5) informs the player(s) about the necessity of complying with limits on the player’s gambling expenditures and time spent participating in gambling, does not allow the player(s) to participate in gambling without setting such limits before the start of the game, and ensures monitoring of compliance with the established limits;

6) ensures the player’s ability to exercise their right to limit their participation in gambling, in particular by setting personal restrictions, as well as limits on the player’s gambling expenditures and time spent participating in gambling before the start of the game, with the Company ensuring monitoring of compliance with the established limits and implementing mandatory breaks in gambling for players;

7) posts on the website information about the full name of the gambling organizer according to the constituent documents, the location of the gambling organizer according to the registration documents and information about the actual location, the identification code of the gambling organizer, the license issuance decision (date and number of the decision, validity period of the license) for organizing and conducting gambling, the rules of the gambling organizer, rules for visiting the gambling establishment, rules for conducting gambling, information on the overall payout percentage (theoretical return to player) and notices regarding possible losses, the procedure and terms for payment (issuance) of winnings (prizes), presented in the state language and translated into English.;

8) provides briefings with staff on the principles of responsible attitude to gambling, defining criteria for pathological and problem gambling addiction and measures aimed at preventing (preventing) the emergence of gambling addiction in players;

9) disseminates socially important information on the prevention and minimization of negative consequences of gambling, manifestations of gambling addiction (ludomania) and the application of experience of foreign gambling organizers in preventing and minimizing negative consequences of gambling.

6. In order to prevent gambling addiction and in compliance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation, the Company also ensures monitoring of the player’s gaming behavior and, upon detecting signs of severe gambling addiction, terminates the participation of such player in gambling. By registering on the website, you consent to the measures specified in this clause.
7. In order to prevent and to protect against the negative consequences of gambling addiction (ludomania), the Company also calls on all persons who wish to participate in gambling to strictly follow the rules and principles of responsible gambling. For responsible and safe gambling, each player should know the answers to the following questions.

8. What is gambling?

• According to the legislative definition, gambling is any game in which the condition for participation is the placement of a bet by the player, which gives the right to receive a winning (prize), the probability of receiving and the amount of which depends in whole or in part on chance, as well as the player's knowledge and skill. In addition, we note that gambling is a type of entertainment and cannot be considered as a source of income or an alternative to work, cannot take up all free time and requires significant expenses that significantly affect the financial condition.

9. Who can be a gambler?

• an individual who has reached the age of 21 at the time of participation in gambling;

The Company urges all persons with children under the age of 21 to prevent them from participating in gambling on the Website/Mobile Application Cosmolot in any way convenient for you, in particular, to set a password on your personal computer/mobile phone/tablet; to keep your login and password for authorization in your personal account in a place inaccessible to children; to block access to websites, programs and applications with gambling;

• legally capable person and is not influenced by drugs or alcohol;
• person not registered with not in the Register of Persons Restricted from Access to Gambling Facilities and/or Participation in Gambling;
• no special restrictions provided by law apply to the individual.

10. What is gambling addiction?

• Gambling addiction (ludomania) is a behavioral disorder that consists of pathological addiction to gambling. Gambling addiction is officially recognized as a disease and is included in the World Health Organization's International Classification of Diseases.

11. What are the signs of gambling addiction?

• Frequent thoughts about gambling and a constant desire to gamble.
• Raising the bets to feel the necessary excitement.
• Loss of control, which is the inability to finish the game.
• Negative emotions when trying to stop gambling or to reduce the time spent on it.
• A constant desire to win back after losing.
• Gambling causes problems in personal life, work, and school. This is often caused by concealing information about the time and money spent on gambling from loved ones.
• The prevalence of gambling over other life interests and daily activities.
• Difficult financial situation caused by gambling.
• Irritation, nervousness, obsessive thoughts, feelings of depression and psychological discomfort after gambling.

The above signs may indicate a pronounced gambling addiction in the form of either a problematic gambling addiction or a pathological gambling addiction.

• Problematic gambling addiction is characterized by gaming behavior with the following signs:

1. episodic loss of control over the time (duration) spent gambling and expenditures on it;
2. high emotional tension;
3. moderate mood disturbances and temporary negative emotions related to losses, while generally maintaining a critical attitude toward one’s condition and gaming behavior and the ability to regulate them.

• Pathological gambling addiction is characterized by more severe manifestations, namely:

1. loss of control over the time (duration) spent gambling and expenditures on gambling;
2. excessive preoccupation with gambling, leading to negative financial consequences (exceeding personal income in gambling expenditures, having debts);
3. pronounced mood disturbances due to gambling losses;
4. impaired volitional control;
5. denial of problems arising from uncontrolled gambling, lack of critical attitude toward one’s condition and gaming behavior, and inability to regulate (control) them.

12. The player can monitor their gaming behavior and detect signs of addiction through the informational measures provided by the Company (in particular, through notifications regarding the player’s time spent gambling and expenditures on gambling, allowing the player to decide whether to stop or continue playing, or by providing the player with information about their gaming behavior—time spent, expenditures, etc.—over a specific period (day, week, month) in the player’s personal account).

13. Detecting at least one of the above signs in yourself or your loved ones most likely indicates the development and progression of gambling addiction, which requires immediate intervention and treatment.

14. Family members of the first degree of kinship (parents, spouse, children) or legal representatives may submit an application to the Authorized Body to restrict the participation of a person with pronounced signs of gambling addiction in gambling for a period not exceeding 6 (six) months if there are grounds determined by law.

15. How to prevent gambling addiction?

15.1. Set expenditure limits that can be spent on gambling within a certain period (day, week, month). Spending limits shall be set simultaneously for a day, a week, and a month prior to the commencement of gambling. 

15.1.1. To set the expenditure limits the player wishes to spend on gambling, it is necessary to enter the desired monetary limits in the relevant window on the Website, specifying the amount the player wishes to spend on gambling within a certain period (day, week, month). At the same time, the Company draws attention to the fact that the establishment of gambling spending limits by the player is mandatory and may be set exclusively within the following limits: 

15.1.1.1. per day (from 00:00 to 23:59) – up to 15% of the Player’s average monthly income; 
15.1.1.2. per week (from 00:00 Monday to 23:59 Sunday) – up to 25% of the player’s average monthly income; 
15.1.1.3. per month (from 00:00 on the first day of the calendar month to 23:59 on the last day of the month) – up to 40% of the player’s average monthly income. The player’s average monthly income shall be determined independently by the player and calculated when completing the relevant fields on the Company’s website. Information regarding the average monthly income is used by the Company exclusively for the purpose of complying with legal requirements aimed at preventing gambling addiction and is not disclosed to third parties. 

15.2. To set a time limit that may be spent on participation in gambling prior to the commencement of the game. At the same time, the Company draws attention to the fact that the establishment of time limits for participation in gambling by the player is mandatory and may be set exclusively within the following limits: 
15.2.1. per day (from 00:00 to 23:59) – up to 6 hours; 
15.2.2. per week (from 00:00 Monday to 23:59 Sunday) – up to 21 hours; 
15.2.3. per month (from 00:00 on the first day of the calendar month to 23:59 on the last day of the month) – up to 100 hours.

15.3. Monitoring of the maximum continuous participation time of the player in Gambling and the application of mandatory breaks in gameplay constitute a separate measure that applies exclusively to the player’s participation in Gambling on the Website/Mobile Application of Cosmolot and is carried out automatically by software tools. In accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, the maximum continuous participation time of a player in gambling may not exceed two hours; therefore, upon the expiration of this period, the Company applies mandatory breaks in gameplay for players with a duration of at least 15 minutes. Please note that the calculation of the Player’s participation time in gambling begins from the moment the Player places a bet and is calculated with second-level precision. However, continuous gameplay shall be deemed to be gameplay during which the Player, while directly engaged in the game, places bets from the gaming balance, and the time spent in the personal account on the Website, the time spent reviewing the gambling organizer’s Rules, etc., shall not be taken into account.

15.4. To familiarize yourself with the rules of conduct and participation, chances of winning and losing. The odds of winning a game of chance are specified in the rules of the respective game of chance.

15.5. To be ready to lose and not try to win back.

15.6. Not to consider gambling as a way of earning money and a source of profit, to play for emotions, not for winning.

15.7. To spend on gambling only those funds that you can say goodbye to without significant losses for your personal budget. Gambling expenses should not be detrimental to your financial situation and should not exceed the limits of acceptable entertainment and recreation expenses.

15.8. Not to gamble under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

15.9. Not to gamble when depressed or to distract from problems.

15.10. Not to borrow money to gamble.

15.11. To consider the game as one of many leisure options, and the money spent on it as the cost of entertainment.

16. What should I do if I detect symptoms of gambling addiction?

16.1. To ask for help from family or friends, to tell them honestly about the situation. It is much easier to overcome addiction with the reliable support of loved ones. You should not be alone with the problem and be afraid of judgment, remember that you can always count on the understanding of others.

16.2. To limit your participation in gambling by blocking the client (gaming) account for a certain period of time, during which the player will not have access to it.

16.2.1. To block a client (gaming) account, you should send a corresponding request to the Company's email address support@cosmolot.ua, choosing the current term of the restriction.

16.2.2. The blocking of the client (gaming) account leads to the blocking the access to the account, inability to participate in gambling on the Website/Mobile Application of the Company, to deposit funds to the account and to withdraw funds on the balance.

16.2.3. The restrictions specified in clause 16.2.2. apply exclusively to the Company's Website/Mobile Application.

16.2.4. The account will be automatically restored after the selected period or upon request for unblocking. Before requesting to unblock your account, make sure that you can control your participation in gambling. To do this, we recommend taking a test to identify signs of gambling addiction (ludomania).

16.3. To limit your participation in gambling for a period of six months to three years by submitting an application for self-restriction. The self-restriction application template is available at the link.

16.3.1. The application for self-restriction must contain:

1) information on the surname, name, patronymic (if any) of the individual player submitting the application;

2) information about the surname, name, patronymic (if any) of the person in respect of whom the restriction is imposed, data of the identity document (name of the document, series (if any), number, date of issue, name of the state body that issued the document, official name of the body of the foreign state in which the document was issued);

3) period of refusal to participate in gambling activities of the Company. If the period of restriction on participation in gambling in the submitted application is less than six months or is absent, it is considered that such application has been submitted for a period of six months;

4) date of the application and personal signature of the applicant (except for applications submitted in electronic form).

16.3.2. The application can be submitted either in writing to the Company's legal address with the simultaneous presentation of an identity document or in electronic form to the Company's e-mail address support@cosmolot.ua in compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Identification and Electronic Trust Services".

16.3.3. The submission of such an application to the Company or another gambling organizer or the Authorized Body shall be considered as the submission of an application to all gambling organizers in Ukraine.

16.3.4. The application for self-restriction is not allowed to be withdrawn.

16.3.5. No later than the next business day from the date of receipt of the application for self-restriction, the Company shall enter information about such Player into the Register of persons who are restricted from accessing gambling facilities and/or participating in gambling.

16.4. To seek help from qualified medical institutions and/or medical professionals treating gambling addiction or for receiving the social service of socio-psychological rehabilitation for individuals with gambling addiction.
